Design Thinking Tools: Briefing Info, Problem Hierarchy Analysis, Empathy map, Empathic Interview, Reverse Brainstorming, Random Stimulus, Imaginary Brainstorming, Brainwriting, Rapid Prototyping, Observation & Feedback Grid.
The cost of the program is 199 euro/person and it includes the online sessions and a pdf certificate that will be sent to you via e-mail upon completion.
Participants to the training should be members of the academic community with an English level of B1 or above, looking to develop and/or improve their online teaching knowledge and skills: teaching staff, administrative staff, PhD candidates or researchers etc.
What you need to attend: a computer with camera and microphone, a stable internet connection and a great mood.
