What is the goal of the training program?
The main purpose of the Erasmus+ STT week on Time Management is to provide participants with the know-how needed to use their time effectively. One of the biggest challenges we face nowadays is to find the time to do all that we would like, both in our professional career and in the personal life; identifying the right balance can be challenging but with appropriate planning tools, we become able to free up time, to be more productive and to have more time for extracurricular activities. The training will focus on the use of planning tools, prioritizing activities according to their true usefulness, pointers in both filling up and voiding given time intervals. Participants will interact in a dynamic scenery, designed to foster dialogue and debate, being constantly challenged through tasks and case studies consisting of hypothetical scenarios.
Participants to the training should be members of the academic community with an English level of B1 or above, looking to develop and/or improve their time management knowledge and skills: teaching staff, administrative staff, PhD candidates or researchers etc.
How is the program structured?
The training program will take place in the lovely city of Timisoara, Romania. Timisoara is also known as little Vienna because of its habsburgic look and traces of the Austrian Empire.
