The training will focus on understanding the group dynamics, challenges and the success factor of having a well-integrated team. Coaching combines the HR management, communication and assertiveness skills areas aiming to emphasize the power of a coach, regardless if he/she is an official leader or an informal one. Participants will interact in a dynamic scenery, designed to foster dialogue and debate, being constantly challenged through tasks and case studies consisting of hypothetical scenarios.
